In-stock items usually ship within a few days once an order has been placed. For custom Stained Glass Work, we will let you know how long it will take Ora Lee to create the panel.. We ship via UPS.

When you place your order through our Pay-Pal, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. Should an item take longer than the usual delivery time, we will notify you.
